Loft Brand Identity

Brand Words:

casual, youthful, fun, playful, relaxed, inclusive, trend-led, contempory, stylish, urban/metro, approachable

Competitors with same brand words:

white stuff- inoffesive, m&s, zara, tkmaxx, new look, h&m

Motivations:

easy for consumers, women you can relate too, generations, nostalgia, inviting

Too move on from this, we can make a reccommendation, saying that based on brand identity these are your competitors. However this is what they are doing with thier visual merchandising and language, and it is what consumers expect.

if they arent going to change thier price points then they must up thier game otherwise.

People can shop down to Loft and up to Ann Taylor
